Refund policy

Fluid Power Products Ltd (trading as FPP Speedshop) is happy to refund or exchange any of your performance fittings purchases if they are the wrong size or some other aspect is not correct. We regret you cannot return cut lengths of hose. The fittings must not be scratched or damaged in any way, and cannot have been used.
 
Every care has been taken with the manufacturing, storage and dispatch of our products to ensure your satisfaction. If, however a product is faulty, you can return it to us and we can either exchange or refund it for you at your option.
 
Simply return your purchase to: FPP Speedshop, 11G Ryan Place (PO Box 76-316) Manukau, Auckland, New Zealand. Unfortunately, your postage on refunds and exchanges are not refundable. If you are exchanging your purchase we will not charge delivery when we re-send the exchanged products to you
